I dont eat less tbh. I eat my maintenance calorie and give my 110% in workouts. Hardwork is also important.

I would say eat no processed foods and eat more protein strength train workout hard. Once i started eating more protein and more meals with his workouts, i saw a huge difference.

Honestly its super easy. Im overeating right now because im losing weight too quickly. I strenght train/stretch 45 minutes most days and do a whopping 10 minutes of cardio. Otherwise its just counting calories. I eat more fast food than ever too. On average I go down about 18 pounds a month.

Sir i did your 13min pushup workout for 1 year and i saw some amazing results. I went from 10 pushups to 60 perfect pushups, i could easily do different pushup variations. I've built crazy chest . During pushups workout i also learned some calesthenics skills like i master my perfecr handstand hold, kick up muscle ups, elbow lever and built some good strength. But due to my forearm injury I've lost my muscles and haven't did work-out from3-4 months now I'm recovered but i look like a p**sy, I've gain belly fat .Now my all strength is gone i can't even do 30 pushups, I look like a totally sh*t sir u changed my life from a 0 to hero and now I am requesting you to please help me 🙏
