1) focus on key challenges. Customers frequency is WIIFM (what’s in it for me)
2) what does the prospect look to accomplish. Big picture. Understand what they want
3)create a solution. They don’t buy your product or service. They buy the results/solutions/outcomes. Address Core challenges .
