Sifu, Thank you for all the ideas you shared. I’ve been watching your videos for more than two months and it changed my mindset to better myself. I was a heavy smoker for 11 years, I used to hate reading books, I’m obese and never had the motivation to exercise. But now I am two months clean from smoking, I lose more than 10lbs in a month with regular exercise and eating healthy, and for the first time in my 31 years in this world I am reading at least 4 hours a day just to improve my self. Actually the very first tool that I finished was the f.u. Money.

I use this strategy on Twitter a lot. People send DMs or ask a ton of questions. I don't get frustrated with them I just immediately send the Calendly link. If they don't pay for my high ticket program, they become a member of my membership community.

In theory this is excellent. But everyone watching this is not just going to sit back and wait for the call. Not very practical. What’s practical is to master the cold call. I wouldn’t have had success in real estate if I didn’t make 100 calls a day. Nobody was calling me for shit. I had to practice everyday on my pitch. I mastered it. Yea a good 80% of my connects were not interested but the other 20% were asking me what I think there property is worth 1 1/2 minutes into the call. Your pitch just has to be perfect along with your tonality. That’s key. So good luck to people not making the call. That’s not the best advice. You have to put yourself in a position where after 1-2 years of hustle and smart work, people will begin calling you. And that won’t happen unless you eat shit and get on those phones.

I am doing pretty good with Shopify and Amazon FBA, and i showed the numbers to my co workers. They kept on asking me how I did it.

I followed your advice and have them set an appointment with me instead of giving them all the info at work

10 of them quit there job and focused on the business.

I still kept my job because i love doing it.

Great points Dan, you're absolutely right. Yeah, cold calling has ALWAYS been tough but in 2018 when people have ALL these distractions(both REAL and VIRTUAL) that advice is more timely than ever!!! THX!
