Yes! Before you close, you MUST hit the social 'hook point'...

They have to make the switch from just giving you the time of day, to seeing you as an expert, someone worth listening to, before they're truly open to your influence.

To answer the actual question the young man had…..the customer cares about warranty and the stability of the company. He needs to be straight with the client and explain the manufacturer warranty and any extension from the company itself. Most customers imo care about price before coverage so emphasizing the quality and cost will close the deal.

I saw your video about the Healthcare objectives. Could you please share more information on this industry. We deal with the most is financial, but we also deal with objections like I don't believe in this product or we have seen this product ( fly by nights) or I believe in my vitamins not a more natural way. Any advice would be helpful.

As an HVAC service tech of 15 years, these kinds of HVAC “Technicians” are what give our trade a bad name. 9 years old and they need a new system 😂😂
