Hey friends!! I wanted to do a sit down/chat style video today going over the different ways I completely transformed my life by switching up a few things in my morning & evening routine. It really took just analyzing my current routine to see what was and wasn’t working for me in the stage I’m at in life. I’m a mom to 4 boys so finding a way to prioritize them and their needs + my own seemed impossible but I PROMISE you, it’s not! 👏🏻 So I wanted to share a few of the small adjustments that made BIG improvements in my life to hopefully inspire someone who was maybe in the same shoes I was in not too long ago.🫶🏻

I've said it before....this is your calling, to be a motivational speaker. Something clicks through you. I know I personally felt motivated by your April/May video where you stated, "Six months will still come". I started losing weight, being mindful of eating habits, focusing on positivity and working out. I've lost 25 lbs in almost 3 months. It all started with you girl. Thank you! 😍

I go to bed at 9-9:30 and my daughter wakes up around 7-8 but… now y’all are gonna call me crazy… but I wake up at 4am 😅😅 I need at least an hour to get myself awake lol then after that I start cleaning, I do my skincare, shower, makeup, having coffee, breakfast for myself, stretching, and getting work done (I own a business). So having 4 hours before my crazy toddler gets up helps me so much! Waking up at the same time as my toddler is like hell. She’s ready to go go go as soon as those eyelids slap open. Not me girl! 😂

- Have a solid evening routine.
- Have everything prepared the night before (ex: clothes, meals, etc).
- Get inspired (ex: listen to an encouraging podcast, etc).
- [If you want to improve your health] Pre-log your meals the night before.
- Move your body (find something YOU love).

Waking up to yesterdays problems just gave me chills!!! This is my life. I’m a mama of one, my husband is active duty and we don’t have help the way my friends and family may because we live away from them. I watched your health journey videos last Sunday. You really did inspire me. I’ve used the Lose It app off and on but never upgraded to the macro plan. After listening to you, I did that yesterday. I started writing in my journal again too and used your plan tips. I’m really hoping this is a new start for me. I’m a new empty nester and this season of my life has been hard. My world revolved around being a mom, even though I have a full time job outside my home too. I’m going to make this time for me to get back to the health I have neglected for so long.

I'm new here; as soon as I started listening to you I subscribed to receive all your notifications. I'm 59 and have been retired for over 3 years and even though our house is in order, I've had health issues that prevent me from cleaning the house start to finish, like I always did. Love this! I just found your channel and can totally relate. I also really love logging my macros/meals the night before. It almost feels like a game to make them all fit and it takes the decision making out of the next day. Can't wait to watch more of your videos :)
