Hey, I just wanted to share my notes on the video in case anyone wanted the information 😊

The Night Before:
- set your alarm clock away from you
- lay out your clothes, take a shower
- meal prep your breakfast
- do your chores the night before
- do not snooze!
- falling asleep mindset; think of something you’re looking forward to the next day
- plan your morning happiness rituals (me time)
- figure out what is your why behind waking up early (why it’s a benefit and a non negotiable)
- have a fixed sleep and wake up time
- how to fall asleep easier (taking a magnesium supplement or beam hot chocolate)
- bedroom is a no screen zone (create different environments for all your activities)
- listen to calming sounds

Morning Rituals:
- wake up one hour earlier than you usually do
- look up the life SAVERS routine
- Silence
- Affirmations
- Visualization
- Exercise
- Reading
- Scribing
- have alternating morning routines (you won’t have the same energy levels every morning; you don’t have to achieve everything single thing but you are still staying true to your goals)
- have an accountability partner
- there is beauty in waking up earlier; “every single habit you decide to do on a daily basis is the type of person you want to become”

Homework:
- do your nighttime prep
- decide your happiness rituals
- read the book “Miracle Morning”
- try the life SAVERS routine
- write out three different morning routines depending on the different energy levels you know you’re going to have
- create a high vibe playlist to boost dopamine
- get so clear on your goals and who you want to be in a week, 6 months, in a year

I made myself a morning person. I started back in 2015, so now I wake up at 4am. Its amazing!! Mediation was my big step to that😊😊😊

the 'one alarm' advice is golden because when i do multiple alarms i just skip through all of them and go back to sleep because i see myself as someone who really needs those 2 extra hours

I have been following Tam for 6-5 months. Watching her videos, taking notes on those lessons, trying to implement those strategys . Okay so first of all WHAT THE HELL?? how the hell did she read my mindddd I haven't even started watching the video yet but I'm here to make a comment. So today I wake up at 10:30AM but I wanted to at 6:30AM which is very demotivating for me as a student and also my finals are going on so rn I hv nothing but regret. I was struggling with waking up early from weeks! And today i was like "okay i can't wake up early just leave it" and here comes tam! I rlly rlly love how she covers every single topic on which someone can feel difficulty in and that's the reason I watch her and thats the reason she's my role model! The urge inside of me to wake up early has revived again and I know from this video I'm definitely gonna wake up early tomorrow! I've been struggling with getting out of bed for the past few days since it's winter and it's pitch black outside.. and ever since I saw that video of yours in which you talked about assessing everything you do as you go about your day for just one day to find out where you're going wrong, I've been wanting to know how to be a morning person. And yesterday, I literally journalled it.. So, not to jinx it or anything but it looks like the universe is in my favour by bringing this video out at the exact same time that I needed it..
