Lots of fun, some variety in these moves that I haven't done before. I used 3lb weights and it was a good workout to start the day. Thanks, Keoni, for this addition to the Walk and Tone playlist. I still smile every time I see a kittie or 2 in the window. 🥰 😺

I’ve never done a walk and tone before. Loved the pace. Love that we can choose no weights or any level that challenges us. You did an all important stretch as the last routine, too. Thanks so much, Keoni👏.

Perfect Keoni! I use weighted gloves in all my workouts but this one is dedicated to specific targeted moves which I love. Thanks again!

Im going to hang around this workout a few days in the coming days so as to increase the muscles around my knees. I'm ready for spring already so I can go out on my daily walks outdoors. Thanks for this one Keoni; much needed. Happy Valentine's week💓💓

Keoni, this workout is Brilliant! When paired with 1 of the 10 minute cardio workouts (Latin is my fav pick), and add in light weights, it’s simply perfection! It’s just what I need for my 2024 fitness goals to add more toning!! Pure Genius!! Muchas Gracias!! & Thank You! 😊 ❤
