You know, I saw a comment from a viewer and when someone asked him how many times he did this workout, he replied that he did it 2-4 times daily and that’s what scar3 the heck out of me, ‘cos I’m unable to do it for that many times, but viewing your message encouraged me, thanks 😊 a lot

Day 2✅ too much of pain in sides ..nd I love the Sweat at the end of workout
Day 3✅ with lots of pain and lots of sweat
