Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Hey, do not forget to be in a calorie deficit and increase your protein intake then this workout would do wonders. Remember you are beautiful and loved. Working on yourself is a great part of self love.

DAY 1- ✅ feeling the burn my body is absolutely on fire, but I’m felling so much better and I’m sleeping better too! (I’m doing a lot of her other workout along with this one)

Day 1: ✅ I’m honestly so proud of myself! It was hard but the burn was nice! I’m looking forward to strengthening my body!

Edit: I’ve been having a lot of mental struggles lately so I’ve not been feeling up to it but I’m gonna start today and force myself to do it for at least a week

I forgot to update this but I’m just here to say that I have moved on from this workout and I am now doing a 20 min daily Ab/leg workout but I would like to say that I am pretty happy with the results. I lost 5 pounds from 13 days which is really impressive. It didn’t really change the shape of my body but it’s definitely a start! Good luck to anyone who’s on there health journey! ❤️ it may seem hard sometimes but I promise the end is worth

Edit, December 22nd 2023: with the new year coming up I’ve been thinking about how much I’ve improved since last year and I was reminded of these videos. I think I have grown a lot since January and I just thought I would come on here to share some advice. Last year I was sooo insecure about my body. It was 8th grade, I wasn’t used to feeling insecure so I didn’t know how to regulate my emotions. I hyper fixated on my body and I fell into a really depressive episode where I didn’t eat for day, or skipped meals. I lost 40 pounds in 2 months and thinking back on it, it did absolutely nothing for me. I lost the weight but I didn’t change physically. And these workouts didn’t help much either. I tried to convince myself they did work but in reality it was really the lack of food. I realize now that that is so unhealthy and only makes things so much worse. I’m still trying to get confident with my body and I’m determined to reach my goal in a healthy way this next year. If you’re feeling how I felt last year PLEASE do not starve yourself. The biggest piece of advice I can offer is to just slow down. I tried to many things to loose weight and I let it consume me. In the end I realized I missed a lot. because I was so focused on what I didn’t have, I didn’t appreciate anything else I already had. Take time to figure out what you want before blindly going into something. Make a goal, research, plan, ASK OTHERS FOR HELP. Depression and working out isn’t talked about enough, YOU’RE NOT IN THIS ALONE. I love you all, stay safe ❤️❤️

i am shaking after this workout. i feel it all over. this was out of my comfort zone but i feel so great. i didn’t stop the entire time, and even did the harder variations. thank you for these workout. i have been seeing such a big difference lately and i have been loving the results ❤️❤️

DAY 1: ✅I love this workout! I fell it burn.
DAY 2: ✅I feel it burn! But the problem is that I don't see any differences and this worries me.
DAY 3: ✅Wow! I feel it burning all over. But the differences are starting to show.
DAY 4: ✅Yay, I see some small differences. (I recommend doing it twice a day).

Started - 24 April.
13 y.o weight - 139 heigh 5'2 !
day 1: ✅ was kinda hard and my stomach was burning. But I have motivation now and want to do it all again!

I'm going to try to do this for at least a week!
Im not gonna go on about my business bc it takes up to much space but I want to show my abs more bc they are slightly visible and burn some lower belly fat and to look slimmer from my sides angle.

Also I always try to do these but I never actually kept going I always like stop after day 3 so your guys comments really motivate me a lot and help me keep going!
Day 1 ✅️ I did it in the morning and I felt it a little but it wasn't that like hard since I do things like this, just not very often
Day 2 ✅ Since I woke up early, I decided to do it before school. Today is Monday so im going to try to get his done before school a lot for the rest of the week because I dont have a lot of time after.
Day 3✅ Im so glad about my progress! Usally I would just decide not to do it but I am very glad I kept going. The workout got way more easier and my stomach looks a little bit smaller!
Day 4 ❌ SKIPPED I was really tired yesterday so I skipped that day but when I am doing my sports our coaches make us to ab workouts so that made up for a small amount
Day 5 ✅ Im doing it right now, I kind of regret skipping day 4, so today is technically day 4 but I want to see more results.
Day 6✅ I skipped a day or 2 im not sure, but I decided not to give up! I am about to start the workout again and before this I did 2 pilate workouts
Day 7✅️ My progress has been very good and I'm glad to be keeping up thr work, I see slight progress in the middle and upper area of my stomach. I am also going to do some pilates for my core!

Update: Guys I’m still doing it along with her Pilates workout but last week it was on and off a lot so I didn’t update but I am still doing it daily now👍💕

Start Date: 31st December
Day 1- ✅ was super motivated, but could definitely feel the burn
Day 2- ✅ got home late, so did it at 9pm, was tired but finished sweating
Day 3- ✅ I could feel the burn! And God did my neck hurt 😂
Day 4- ❌ got gastro 🙄
Day 5- ❌ gastro
Day 6- ✅ was tired from being sick, but pushed through
Day 7- ✅it has definitely began to be easier to fully complete
Day 8- ✅ added a 4kg weight to the last excersise, can start to see visible changes
Day 9- ✅ did the whole thing non stop

Hey! My name is Gabby, and im only 12 and overweight for my age. I want to become a better person with not just my eating but getting rid of the foods I dont need. I trying to loose around 10 pounds, in atleast 1 month. If i can, I will be so happy. If I can, I think i''ll try to do a calorie deficit. I used to not eat anything usually after school, instead of just one snack, but now i have plenty. I want to change that. I dont want to grow over weight when im older to the point i cant get myself out of this situation. One day, my biggest goal will to meet myself to have abs. Ill be trying to do this for 3 days. If so, ill keep going for a week, until i truly meet my goal.
Day 1:
✅- I really felt the burn. It hurt, so I did a few of the other ways. Overall, this workout pushing towards my limit and i do hope i stick towards it.
Day 2:
✅- I felt the soreness a lot in my left leg. Im going to try to stretch more after my usual workout. I really didnt want to do it today, but i overpowered through it and ready to go on tommorow.
Day 3:
✅- I did it!! 3 days in a row~ I really didnt want to do it today, but I overpowered through it and ready to go for a week! I can already feel my stomach getting flatter even if i cant see a change. Ive also seen a change in my weight already. With my calorie deficit, its working like a charm! Now, Im going to be trying this for 6-7 days! I hope I stick with it!!
Day 4:
✅- I felt the soreness today it truly told me that its helping with this work out. Sadly, im only around the same deadlines i was but thats okay! Im going to start trying to fast till lunch, than dinner. I hope it helps!! Also, if you like my comment it gives me motivation to keep going! Thanks! <3

I did your other belly workouts for a week 7 minutes long, my belly was definitely getting flatter. So i’m continuing with that workout. But this seems good too 👍🏽

Ok since I saw in the comments a lot of people have been giving up on day 1-4 but day 5+ is usually when u see results so I’m going to try to attempt to do this.
Note: when you like or comment I will be reminded bout this video!

Day 1:the burn was 💯 no difference so far but I felt energised and stress free after😊

Day 2:wow the burn was intense 😅 but I’m starting to see abs forming!

it’s april 1st and i’ll be doing this until PROM april 28th

size in pants:27 weight:139 height: 5’1

DAY 1: ✅ it burned for sure but very enjoyable

Day 2: ✅ i’m sore from the day before

Day 3: ✅ this workout is enjoyable im also getting in 7000 steps a day i recommend

Day 4: ✅

day 5: missed :(

day 6: ✅ getting easier

day 7: ✅

day: 8 ✅ seeing results !! make sure ur eating right, drinking water, and at least walking 7000 steps or getting some other physical activity !!

day 9: ✅ it hurt worse today especially the last one i think i’m starting to do it right finally so i’m gonna keep going. i’ve been eating not the best so starting tmrw (monday) i’m gonna try my hardest also i’m sweating and dying rn

day 10: ✅ yayyy okay so i’ll update since i hit day 10: i have definitely seen results ! and i can confirm this workout does work and i can fit a size 26 now but i wasn’t eating right and wasn’t in a calorie deficit so if you could do those things you’d see even greater results! i’m gonna continue to do it the right way until prom still while going into other workouts :)
