I imagined the words on a black background and each word in different colours. Calm with blue, peace in green and serenity in reddish pink. It definitely helps to give ourselves self compassion when we lose focus too.

This guided meditation is great. I’ve been pairing it with the Astirna New Tab extension, which helps me keep track of my to-do lists while I meditate. Really makes a difference.

I really loved the way this focus exercise worked, doing a warm up, giving the break to let the mind wander and preparing for the next round with self-encouragement. Definitively will I do this when I want to train focus.

I will be adding this to my new added exercise regimen libra yoga flow 3x a week before bed and this meditation 3x a week in the morning. Please add more words and different back ground music, self care prompts😊. I have tried other meditations but I always come back to you I am never disappointed. Thank you for helping me improve my daily practice. 2024 tarot card is Strength and I am ready to strengthen my meditation practice with focus and patience ❤

As someone in recovery, that final focus word “serenity” stirred my emotions real good. I felt, not thought, about all the moments I have experienced feeling serene and this brought me deeper into serenity in this moment. I am just grateful for the recovered ability to “sensation” such things again, and your guidance to help me do so. Thank you ❤

It is really important to change your mindset from "Oh I just keep wondering I'm not good at it" to "it's normal that my mind wonders".I think this is one of the best advices in one of your meditations, specially the 8 seconds focus "limit".I will try and use it whenever I realize I'm shifting my focus to other things.Thank you.

Synchronicity is strange. My intention for Yoga with Adriene practice today was Calm-Peace-Relax. And two of the prompts for this meditation were Calm and Peace.
