Quads + Glutes: Barbell High Bar Squats or Machine Hack Squats; 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Glutes: Smith Machine Hip Thrust; 2 sets of 6-10 reps
Hamstrings and Glutes: Barbell Romanian Deadlift; 2 sets of 8-12 reps
Quads: Leg Extensions; 2 sets of 10-12 reps w/ seated hamstring curls; 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Calves: Standing calf raise; 2 sets of 10-15 reps
