This was a great afternoon mood booster and pick me up. I feel like you can do anything for 20 seconds so this is very achievable. My only problem is that I'm not coordinated for some of the faster moves so had to take those a little slower. All in all this was great. I'll be trying some of your other Tabata workouts. I just found your channel a couple of months ago and I'm so glad I did 😅.

Love this workout with a good combination of strength and cardio training 💛 Another reason I love about TABATA is that if there's a harder movement, I can always give it a try and do my best in those short 20 seconds and done 😆
