I am 76 years old and very happy to have found these two wonderful women. I started this around the first of the new year and for the most part, I do it every single day. I am very grateful, yesterday I had a doctor visit with my gerontologist, and I gave her the website so that she can recommend it to other patients of hers.

I just found these two ladies on YouTube about a month ago. I love them! They are such a cute combo. I’m 64 and the videos are just my speed!

I would love to see a 1970s workout! I need a refresher for the Hustle! I was busy raising my two children throughout the 80s, so I never did the big hair and bright makeup. But my favourite female singer is Annie Lennox and I loved her androgynous/feminine style! She still looks and sounds fabulous!

Love this! No one can get bored exercising with you two. So much fun and love how I can pick and choose from so many or your videos. Like an earlier comment I will be cheeky as well and ask for a 60’s and 70’s workout. Thanks for you amazing smiles and your energy❤️

This was fun, thanks! I triple-vote for 60s & 70s. Aiko, I swear you're looking younger and healthier than I've ever seen you. You look fantastic! BTW I just returned from a quick Vegas visit and thought of you two ladies walking and working out the whole time. I did my daily Gentle Stretch and Hip Stretch videos, which really helped me recover from all the crazy walking up and down the strip, AND up and down all those broken escalators on the overhead crosswalks! 😄

Hi, April and Aiko. I just want to thank you, ladies, for this amazing channel ❤
I'm a young woman in my early twenties who has been stuck in a depressive period and a freeze cycle for about three years. I barely got stuff done, gained weight because of minimal physical activity and my aching mind demanding to consume constant chocolate, put my body on the backburner due to constant detachment feeling, up to the point where getting out of bed would make me dizzy.

Recently I've felt the power to get my life back on track. But when I tried looking for sports coaches on youtube, all I could find were two types of people
– super jacked up guys who film mostly to show off how jacked up they are;
– fitness-cuties girls who eat nothing but smoothies, whose whole exercising is about having a flat stomach for the aesthetic purpose.
That's not what I wanted, not what I needed. I wanted to exercise to finally feel better, feel stronger, to stop seeing shooting stars when I get out of bed.
And I can't believe I found you.
Your videos showed me for the first time ever that you CAN feel GOOD after exercise, and not like a dying horse. And your line dancing vids made me sign up for Zumba classes, because I finally understood what works best for me.

I've been getting so much better because of you. April's instructions are so calm, simple, easy to adapt when I need to go for less or for more. Sometimes I even do my own harder exercise, but turn on a video of April counting for me. And Aiko is a freaking beast. Like, the strength of this woman is mindblowning, and she's becoming my biggest motivation. If Aiko can do it, I can, too. And the fun and easy atmosphere you two create is gold.
You both are absolutely incredible, and thank you so much for each and every one of your videos. Can't wait for more. Wishing you both the best of health.
P.S.: if you ever did more stuff on a step or line dancing, it would be absolutely fantastic. Thank you again!

Loved this 80s although I'm a child of the 60s the eighties remind me of me and my Daughter she would always be dancing round the kitchen with a wooden spoon🥄 she really did think she was Madonna 😂😂😂🥄anyway I feel energised now and I'm so glad I found you, , , I have really bad arthritis in my knees and spine and the exercises you give are so doable, , , so thank you and your mom what a great team you make 👍❤️
