For some reason, I'd removed this workout from my (long) list of 60+ that are on my monthly schedule. It's now back on and today I did this after a long time that I hadn't. Those 20 minutes flew by like 5!!! You're my favourite workout companion, mate! Nearly 4 years and you've never let me down!
