Easily top up your step count on your activity tracker, Garmin or Fitbit with this workout. Walking is a great low impact exercise you can do everyday! Be mindful of your moves and slow down if need be. Always go back to the basic walk, if you get lost in the steps or find it hard to keep up. Do what's best for you :)

Debby L Just happen to fall upon your video...REALLY enjoyed it for a change I also like that there's no talking but good cues. I'm 71 and hope that you do more with upbeat music like this one.

Absolutely loved this workout! The key to me sticking to my workouts is finding new workouts to keep things new and fun, so happy I found you. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and things can get old and boring, I like to keep my body and mind guessing and not always expecting the same thing.

Hi Marion I enjoyed working out with you today February 23, 21. You made it fun you didn't talk which was great I was not distracted. My biggest issue is I have asthma and causes problems when I workout but I continue and finding great people like yourself thank you so much

I loved your work out video. I recently started doing YouTube videos bc there are no longer any free workouts on tv, unless you're old and want to do the 2 pbs exercises that they have on. I originally started doing the old ones that I had been doing for years with Denise Austin, Margaret Richards on Body Electric, Richard Simmons, Jazzercise, Gilad, Tami Lee Webb, Kathy Smith, Body Groove, Susan Powter, Gay Gasper, The Firm and so on. I recently started the walking workouts, which I love and came upon this one. I love that you didn't talk throughout the whole video, you played music I knew and loved and I was sweating at the end without feeling too overwhelmed by videos that were for youngsters. I just recently turned 50, so I'm in the process of finding workouts that I can do and that make me feel better and not like I'm too old to be doing them. I will be checking out more of your videos. Thanks for an awesome workout. 😍🤗
