This may sound crazy but I find that being super productive for the first few hours of weekend mornings (5 min gratitude journal, taking out garbage, recyclables, laundry, jog, practice piano) gives me great vitality through the next day and even makes music sound inspiring like it did in my twenties. I’m curious who else feels this way. Honestly, it could be the recent motivation to make a change after the two week winter funk.

Took fadogia and tongkat together today for the first time. Only ever taken tongkat by itself before. I felt super vascular and ended up lifting past a threshold that I’ve been stuck at for a couple weeks. Feel way more jacked than usual. Libido feels stronger in a healthy/balanced way.

Going to try cycling them for a couple weeks.

Started fedogia and tongat Ali a few days ago, 8 hours of sleep per night, lift weights 5 days per week, good nutrition. I will report back if I feel any different from having low T. This is my last resort before TRT. Turning 40 in a month and dealing with low T, drive and mild depression.

Ok, I checked with my Doctor and she said low fat, low cholesterol foods, low salt and did not ask me a single question about sugar or processed foods or how long in a day I go without eating. That is how we got into this mess and unfortunately the average doctor is stuck in the 70's. But of course we have to have disclaimers.

The MD is a broad knowledge which is exactly why I prefer to get info from experts on specific topics. Working with doctors in hospitals for years I was unnerved to findout how little a lot of medical doctors do not know when it comes to specific details on given topics. Unfortunately it is due to then having to know a little bit about everything. A medical doctor asked me once how to get rid of his belly fat. Not knowing that answer already is alarming in my opinion.
