5 Ways to Boost Your Testosterone Levels Naturally (men over 40)

It’s no secret that testosterone is the most powerful hormone for muscle growth.

To illustrate just how powerful it is, let’s look at one study published in the New England Journal of Medicine where they injected 8 men with 600 mg of testosterone over a 10 week period. Despite not engaging in any resistance training, these men were able to gain 7 lbs of lean muscle and increase their overall strength.

Additionally, research suggests that testosterone also plays a significant role in fat loss.

According to a 2003 study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, decreasing testosterone levels (600 ng/dL) from average to below average levels (300 ng/dL), resulted in a notable 36% increase in fat mass.

And since testosterone levels decrease by about 1-2% per year once you’ve reached 30, maintaining healthy testosterone levels is particularly important as you age.

So the question then becomes, how can we increase our testosterone levels without painful and potentially dangerous injections?

And that’s exactly what I want to share with you in this video…5 science-based ways to boost your testosterone levels naturally…so that you can build or maintain muscle mass, burn fat faster, and improve your quality of life.

I loved carnivore personally. I added lean muscle mass and was on it for ten months at 53, 5-11, 196lbs and 12-12.5% body fat. I went up with a light bull to 210 and with carnivore went down to 188 in 37 days and then settled in at 192, added creatine and now steady 196-198 morning weight. Low to no carbs and sugar improved skin and I didn’t have any crashes after a meal. I recently introduced some carbs into my diet for variety and when I take clients out…I’m really just at maintenance now and have no complaints. LIIT twice a week but the rest is weights/resistance training 4-5X a week with drop sets.

How can you have a high carb diet and maintain proper body fat levels? Those two points are diametrically opposed.

The low carb diet study is not a very good, when you go on a low carb diet it's takes the body a few weeks to adjust, so yeah I does raise cortisol temporary but there are way more benefits to a low carb diet
