You can put Cacao nibs in your smoothies. Grind them up in your blender. I eat a tablespoon every day

You can make chocolate pancakes using cocoa powder. I make them for my grand-kids. High cacao dark chocolate is good too.

You can actually buy dark chocolate bars that are 90% cocoa and low in sugar, Walmart has them. They are not super sweet like regular chocolate bars but still taste pretty good.

I add Cocoa powder to my Vanilla flavour whey protein powder shakes to make it chocolate flavour. If I want darker chocolate flavour, I just add a bit more. I'll even mix it in cold brew black coffee for a mocha flavour vanilla+chocolate shake.

Greetings from the UK. I don't understand why people don't like their greens. I grow my own. The taste is so much better. I also have chickens so we have fabulous eggs. Also, we're blessed by several traditional butchers round my village. The quality of meat is so good. Unfortunately, the quality of produce from supermarkets is poor in comparison.

I'm definitely doing the red meat and eggs. I definitely want to incorporate salmon and sardines, but I have never cared for them much. I certainly will get back on my berries. I haven't eaten them in a few months

A price for a head of lettuce is about 2 dollars. 80/ 20 hamburger on sale is 4 dollars. A head of lettuce is 95 percent water and has about nothing nutritional in it . Where as for 2 dollars for a half of pound of hamburger you get protein, healthy fats and lots of other nutrition.
