Thank you for an easy recipe! For ppl with short memories, Lol (With every lb of brussel sprouts: add 1 teaspoon of Olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt, fresh black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Toss and turn everything, then place bottom side bake up at 400 degrees for 30 mins, take out and shake at 15 mins, cook remaining 15 mins. :-)

I never had brussels sprouts so I was so scared of making them wrong but I did this, minus the garlic powder and only for 25 minutes, and it was SO good. I also added just a splash of lime and it was GREAT! My fiance who normally only has them boiled said he absolutely loved them too and "enjoyed how they were just so cute". I'm so glad I found this video :) great job

Hi, I bought a bag of Brussels sprouts the other day on a whim and was at a loss with how to prepare them. I watched your vid, followed the instructions exactly, and WHOAH! I don't usually leave Youtube comments, but this recipe is THE BEST. Out of the thousands of videos out there, this one provides the best tips (brussels sprouts cut-sides down, etc.) and timing. It comes out perfect. Thanks so much, I'm a reborn brussels sprouts lover. You weren't kidding, Dani, the caramelization and crispy exterior are key.

You're so right about roasting veggies for non veggie lovers. I was taking care of someone who hated tomatoes. He loved them roasted with garlic.

my mom did this trick where you flake off the leaves alot and it creates this crispy chip like mix, it's amazing.

I used to boil mine. Then, I started to think of a way to eat more veggies more ways. Tried this....and I am A BELIEVER.
I'll never cook any veggie any other way again! Ate almost a whole pan myself.
The roasting makes them soooo good!

I made these for a ‘Friendsmas’ this year and everyone loved them! Even my friends who said they hated sprouts. I added a drizzle of maple syrup on at the end! Will 100% be making these for Christmas Day!
