Just cut them in half, toss in Oil/seasonings on a cookie sheet and throw them in a 375 oven until browned. Don’t waste time boiling them

always wondered why Brussel sprouts are seen as the token "gross vegetable" even though I don't knew many people who ever had them growing up and the ones that did, loved them. I think they're really delicious even when plain, love the texture too

these are so delicious. I made a small amount just in case I didn’t like them. Not only did I love them my husband did as well. The pepper flakes a little too spicy for him. Definitely making some more soon.

20 min at 400F in the oven works similar and a lot easier. Tiff in light olive or avocado oil before, then add salt and other (pepper, maple syrup, etc) and toss again.

Brussel sprouts roasted in the oven are the best. A little oil, salt and pepper with a little crisp! So good 😋

Yup I do the same thing with brocolli. It tastes really good!
The only difference is that I dont add honey and balsamic vinegar. Just some salt and paprika.

Boiling, then, saute them in seasoning with nutmeg and/or bacon fat is delish too.
