ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
1 pound Brussels sprouts
½ tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
MUSTARD-MAPLE SYRUP DRESSING
1½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1½ tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
2 twists black pepper

Only thing I didn’t have was the pure maple syrup. But I did have pure maple extract. So I used a little of that and some honey in the dressing and it worked fine.
