I love brussel sprouts *-* and yes like other cabbage vegetables they do get tastier when they aren't Just cooked in water but seared in a pan or in the oven. For example brussel sprouts with lots of garlic and/or Chili oil are great with shrimps! :)

This is how I make them too. Try adding some shallots to this. It’s amazing. Keep them cut large because they shrink and get sweet and crispy too.

Bro! You came thru so clutch!!! I did put my own spin on it using frozen brussel sprouts tho.. Thawed them, made sure they were extra dry using paper towels. Used woreschsire (lmao), minced garlic, minced ginger, grape seed oil, spicy honey, brown sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. My wife said that they were the best sprouts she's ever had in her life!

I’ve been making these for years, however I only add the balsamic and honey after I bake them. I’ve never tried coating them in that before, only olive oil, salt and pepper. Either way they’re very delicious.
