Simple asanas explained very well.
Thank you mam. I am 67 years old. Diabetic . Having extreme pain on my knees and thigh. But still I want to try these asanas to the extent possible🙏

I didn’t realize I was already doing some of these but great to learn others. My only small comment is it’d be great if you are doing demo slowly while showing when to inhale and when to exhale. It’s impt to inhale while stretching and exhale when exhaling. People that don’t know may do the opposite. Voice over not matching asana pace can be confusing or misleading to newbies. Thank you for your videos 🙏🏼
