This year, prioritize mental health and well-being. Unfiltered social media usage, lack of sleep, and going through the day at a constant speed of 100 mph take a toll on your ability to focus and your general well-being (both mental and physical). Slow down the pace. I talk about 3 habits/changes that I've made in the past year that have drastically improved my happiness and have given me greater clarity regarding what a "good life" entails. Also, I'd highly recommend watching the Up Series (British docuseries that follows the lives of children from different socioeconomic classes for multiple decades) if you are feeling existential. :-)

Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross-cultural relationships😘🤗😁

So far I’ve liked all of your videos including this one especially because I’m a high school senior who applied to several colleges, which makes me feel anxious. However, you really do a great job in breaking down the whole concept of how college really is into manageable pieces. Because of you, I feel confident into going to college!
