Yes my narc was 68 and had so many tricks up his sleeve that I could not keep up, kept moving the goal posts, so you can never ever get it right. He never gave up trying to make me jealous, it never worked, I never took the bait, thank god. I wasn't going to let him make me into some hysterical woman. I pity the next woman that comes along.

I messed up and broke no contact after 2 and a half months he knows how to manipulate me I blocked him as I can see exactly what he is but it’s only a blip onwards and upwards I’m obviously not fully healed I know this now it was a test to show me I need more healing and more time for myself

Only way to stop.a narctassic from playing mind games is to leave for good no contact block them on all social media move if you can change your job if you can. That back and forth with an narssisstic is nothing but a game to them. It shows them that you are weak just by putting up with them. Love yourself don't give narctassic your time that includes the text if you get one, phone calls, gifts etc. If you see the narctassic on the street keep walking. Narctassic play all kind of games. Especially on social media pretending to be someone else using fake profile stay away form people who knows the narctassic. Yes it's a lot but it's best to educate yourself better so you won't get catch up and trap by an narssisstic. Be one step.a head.
