Thank you really nice morning workout. But that green screen is really irritating and the way it is filmed is not really good, sometimes feet are missing / wrong perspective... . Another tip: black mat and black leggins is hard to distinguish. .. ;-)

Your 30 minute intense core workout is much better and far more challenging. Also, the audio on this one is spotty. Its good if someone is looking for something basic but it's definitely not 'intense'.

That green screen is so irritating (especially for migraine-sensitive people like me), please don't use it anymore! :/
