Guys really, I know I’m a boy but that really works like my thighs are more slim, I do that twice for day and 4 days in a week ( I’m not English but I hope u understand ).Thank you Hailey for so many videos that can helps us to have the body we want. 😊

I felt like this video was for me. I had weight loss surgery a few years ago. Okay maybe 10. My highest was 262. I got down to 148. I’m less than 40lbs to my highest weigh. It’s been slowly creeping back up. I’ll wii joining you on this journey. I’m going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and see where I’m at, thank you for doing this and sharing!!

Trying this workout for 4
weeks and I'll be doing it everyday after school! (Btw measuring every 7 days)
Day 1:✅ The workout felt good but my legs hurt😅
Day 2: ✅ The leg circles are so painful but its worth it😁
Day 3: ✅ I frogot to do day 3😅 but the leg circles burned more!
Day 4: ✅ I felt that burn and the leg circles don't hurt that much anymore
Day 5:✅It burned but it's worth it 🙂

As an Athlete who is going through recovery due to injury its been hard for me to do anything heavy or workout tht involve running n jumping so i was pretty unmotivated....today i decided to try some simple workouts like this n im glad i tried....i feel way better n motivated to keep going till im able to run again
