Thanks for sharing this technique. I've struggled with knee pain, and it's nice to see exercises that focus on hip movement.

I don’t know if you still keep up with this but I notice I don’t get much height when I thrust the weight but I feel it in the areas I’m working. Am I doing it wrong?
