2 roti khanu vanda 150 gm rice khanu…calories kam ni huncha ani full feel ni huncha…..roti for weightloss is a myth k….sochana….1 roti ma 104 calories huncha…..euta matra khayidaina 2, 3 ota khancha ….Kati vayo more than 300 calories ….aba tesmai tmle 150 to 200 gm rice khaayo vane it is less ni calories, quantity plus full feel huncha ani healthy ni huncha…..so just stop eating 2, 3 ota roti thinking its healthy ani start eating rice …..tarkari side salad chai tanna khau….Maile ni weightloss journey ma roti khaanthe 2, 3 ota thinking it’s healthy but Pachi I realized ki rice is much better option for weightloss….
