Justin, you always come through with the right suggestions at the right time. Twenty-one months after smashing my kneecaps on my tile floor, my knees are beginning to feel less painful. Now to rebuild the wasted muscle to strengthen the knees before winter. Thank you for being a constant source of hope for better health.

I am weak, so can only do these simple exercises. Have been feeling pain in the muscle in my left arm. Hope can have some simple exercises for the arms too ❤.
