I have low-impact options for beginners, workouts to strengthen your muscles, and improve mobility! Just press play and follow along with me.

Here are some home exercises you can do to strengthen the muscles involved in going up stairs. Specifically, the muscles that support your knees. Do 10 repetitions per leg. Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 2-3 rounds. Do 2 - 3 times a week. Talk to your doc first if you have knee issues.

While doing leg raises, pull ur feet up instead of straightening... It'll help your joint feel and strengthen more.. thanks

Doing heel to butt exercises while standing or kneeling butt to heel is a struggle at the moment. Doing these exercises helps, but I fail quickly with poor knee compared to good knee

OK so I was overweight and I started to run too quick and my knee hurt and swelled up for a long time so now I’m trying to lose weight trying to strengthen my knee because I have a test for law-enforcement and physical agility and trying to get it strong so I can complete the test What would you recommend for making my knee? Good to go? I do have a small amount of arthritis, but the doctor said later on that will affect me

Umm, just wondering how can your knee go past your toe on the first exercise you demonstrate!!?? That would have to be an extremely steep stair!! I don't get that comment at all.
