This is a new found gem... I have some condition that with my knee trauma makes me really prone to more trauma in that area, even in everyday activities. To this day I couldn't find proper trainer to help me, left all to myself to regain lost comfort and control in motion.
A lot of exercise from this chanel really help in terms of building my mobility control, after a long time of recovery it feels like owning my body again.

Dr Rowe. For me, of all the physical therapists on line your excercises at the easiest to follow and most productive for me, by far. Doing this series now. These helped so much. I’m starting to walk more and these helped loosen my knee & helped my hips also. I’m definitely throwing most of these in with my stretching as well. I’m post cancer with so many issues, and I appreciate these helpful exercises. Thank you!

Thanks so much for these gentle knee strengthening exercises, 8 weeks ago I suffered a proximal hamstring tear, I think some of the exercises I was doing for the tear were causing more aggravation on my knees, really notice the difference straight away with these exercises.
