This video was very helpful. I have arthritis in both sides of my SI joint and these exercises I can already feel weakness in certain parts of my glutes. I thank you. Hopefully this will relieve some of my hip pain in my right side.

This couldn’t be more timely. I’ve been back to steady running for 2 weeks building back up to 40-45 MPW after a month of 20-25 MPW. I too have lateral hip pain in my left hip that hurts to sleep on.

Now I know at least where to start to diagnose a weekness. I had ITBS flare up for the first time ever in my life following my first ever marathon in May (3:17:00) following two months of 60-70 MPW volume.

I wonder if these could both be related to weak glutes also related to sitting at a desk job 8 hours a day?
