I can’t stop giving props for these no equipment body weight workouts I’ve been hooked since COVID started and the gains keep coming for me! I’m almost 47 and am at my goal weight and stronger than I’ve been in my life as well as the cardio workouts! Keep them coming Bully!!!

Best no equipment workout videos on YOUTUBE by a long shot IMO! 5-10 min daily exercises are amazing and so useful! I honestly have seen more of an improvement doing 10 minutes everyday for the last month than the last year of working out 3 times a week for 1.5 hours. Its crazy! KEEP IT UP!

Day 16, part 2 of the 45 day challenge. I skipped the 1st video so I could recover from yesterdays workout but tomorrow I’m coming back and I’m going hard. I started to get discouraged and have been eating unhealthy and I don’t want to lose motivation. Tomorrow we will come back strong and remind ourselves that progress is progress no matter how small. Let’s get it baby!

Stand up straight and tall.

Keep your shoulders back.

Pull your stomach in.

Put your weight mostly on the balls of your feet.

Keep your head level.

Let your arms hang down naturally at your sides.

Keep your feet about shoulder-width apart.

Guys, expect to have an impact in your back muscles and core, but don't expect to archive cobra back with this workout. But it will definitely be a great starting point for growth. I usually switch up my bedtime workouts now, so this is fefinitely one of my bedtime workouts! Alot of the level 2 workouts help convert me over to longer workouts that target specific body parts. Appreciate the video.

Getting ready to do the 5min full body pre workout, then this. So far I’ve done the first four days, but only workout A. Imma complete this month, then do it all again but do both A and B in my second go!

I was apprehensive at first, but only five days in and I’m already finding myself looking forward to my daily exercise. Thank you Bully Juice!

This 5 minute workout done twice is much better than the previous 10 min back. Thanks a lot bully for such free content. The only where I don't skip an Ad so that he can earn as much as he can. Thanks a lot
