Love these 5 min clips! I did your 10 min ab workout first, then added 2 of your 5 min. clips.
Wonderful! Didn't feel up to 20 min at first, but these bite sized sessions made it easy! I did 20 min of yoga before this so I got in an enjoyable 40 min workout today, thank you Jessica!

hi thank you for the exercises. my problem is my hands, especially my right one, cannot easily take my body weight. i’ve had problems with my hand going numb and causing a burning pain in my when sleeping: i have been doing nerve flossing exercises that work on the medial nerve in my neck down to my hand and they have stopped the severe pain with only occasional numbness & tingling but exercises that place weight on my hands trigger numbness: what should i do?
