Hey guys,

Today I will be showing you a home back workout that requires no equipment or weights. You can do this back workout at home on the ground and use a towel. Repeat for 3 rounds with 3 minutes of rest in between the rounds. These 5 back exercise you can do at home. Do each for 30 seconds each and rest for 10 seconds.
Concentrate on the squeeze of the muscle and it will definitely be burning.

I just came across your video because after 2 years of working out, I've just recently realized that it's important to also work out your back to improve posture. Thank you so much! This is really great and I can feel the burn on my back. I'll be doing this 3 times a week before I switch to another workout. Big thumbs up!

Couldn't feel much in my lats the first time, so I stepped it up to 4 x sets of towel rows per round and added a couple of extra rounds. Works really well would recommend

Thanks Richard for this this is really simple and amazing.... I have a typical back pain for more than an year 3 days work out helped me forget back and after a month I stopped it for a month and still no signs of back pain for a month plus and then started again and I am back to this workout help me overcome my back pain problem of
