Hang out with me every Monday at 6pm Pacific while I do a neurofeedback session, or some other biohacking exploration.

I'll first explain and answer questions about what I am doing, and then answer other biohacking questions, or questions on optimizing sleep, stress, performance, speed of processing, brain fog, etc.

As a suggestion for a future video: what about a video on synchrony, and possibly other metrics not in the frequency space some time? Or even if just a training session at the start, it'd be good to learn more about these as they're often not covered in great depth in the materials.

I recall asking before about, the circuits of the brain that lets you watch the road, are also the same circuits that make you anxious if let's say you're in the jungle and there's a tiger stalking you. So it would seem that's neurologically impossible to be 100% 'cool as cucumber?'
