I have type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, since taking turmeric capsules and drinking green tea my last blood test showed I have normal A1c cholesterol and blood pressure. Living off a crock pot diet, eating sweet potatoes and stop eating potato chips/ pastries, drinking soda and eating breakfast cereal helped also. Crock pot meal mostly lentils, frozen veggies and chicken, , also eating apples and blueberries for a sweet snack....And haven't told my doctor yet that I temporarily stopped taking statin and diabetes medications, next blood test in 6 weeks.

If you're watching this to learn about how you can heal damaged nerves then pay attention, this is excellent information.
I suffered from pelvic fractures, injury to adductor muscles (inner thigh and groin) and injury to both sciatic and femoral nerves after being struck by an automobile while riding my bicycle.
From my research I've found that R-Alpha Lipoic acid also helps in nerve cell repair (be sure it has "R" prefix) and I also take a Lions Mane supplement.
I am on week 7 of recovery and walking now, whereas just one week ago I needed a walker.
I urge you to continue seeking answers! I've learned a lot from YouTube videos from health professionals like Dr. Berg, and the Nerve Doctors...YT channels as well as others.

I'm a type 2 diabetic and I'm already suffering in nerve pains.now I always have sweet potato(Camote is how we call here in the Philippines) I will try adding some of the food i seen I this video. Hoping that I will feel relief from nerve pais. Thank you so much for the information
