I use most of these food Ryan, unfortunately I don’t like fish and shellfish very much, but love beef, I also take supplements my health improved enormously after I’ve changed to proper food but noticeably my brain and my mental health, thank you for inspiring us with such valuable knowledge 👍🤗

Great vid, that was my Keto diet....I've now been Carnivore for 2 years and don't expect to suffer from diabetes and the associated damage/symptoms ever. Veggies and fruits are no longer included in my meal plans and I'm thriving with blood work to back it up.

Thank you! I've been under MAJOR STRESS for the past year or more. Among other things I've had Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet. I've alleviated most of it with B12 and B Complex but will add whatever is on your List that's not in my usual diet.
