PS. Tuna is not a fatty fish and is susceptible to mercury. Sardines, Mackerel are better examples. Wholegrains still are high on lectins, not favourable. Thanks for the upload!

A "bell pepper" is a pepper that has a specific shape. Some red peppers are long and thin, others are vaguely bell-shaped. On a single pepper plant, each of the peppers will be shaped a little differently than the others, sometimes remarkably differently. I can't imagine in makes any difference, in regard to its nutritional value, what shape a pepper is.
