1) Avocados
2) Cacao, (the darker the better)
3) Coffee (organic, mold free)
4) Green tea and Bergamot tea

Who can not eat for 48 hours? 72?. I do change my fast times but fast everyday. Organic Costa Rica coffee, green tea. I've been using slippery elm for my gut. I was throwing up every week for three months. The elm powder fixed that up. I'm glad your video touches alot instead of searching all over❤❤❤

They are saying that we need to fast for example, 17 hours which means we eat during a 7 hour window.

I started a 22:2 hour fast. I fast 22 hours and eat for 2 hours. I have lost weight and feel good. Unfortunately, my Mother passed away from breast cancer.

Sounds all good and dandy, but what about us older people who work physically demanding, full-time jobs? I bounce between different shifts and there's no way I'd have time or the necessary stamina to fast for long periods of time.

Why not to do OMAD everyday?I do 24hr fasting from monday to friday.I eat only onesa day at 9 am...and my meal is keto and on calories deficiency(700-800kcal)
My goal is to loose alot of my obesity and gain all health benefits.Cheers for very intetesting video.
