Been doing your vids for the last 2 months every day and this one was up there as one of the toughest. I would quite like to see 14 days of sweat if you can find the time. I suffer from anxiety quite badly and these videos have really sorted my head out. Thanks Joe

I have both dvds of which I’ve completed the highest levels countless times (with great difficulty) but this is a different level of BEAST MODE.
I would call this OLD BUT GOLD.
You cannot get away from the fact legs are the biggest muscle group and therefore the most taxing on the body.
Such a great workout well done joe and well done to anyone else who completes it.

Best Leg Hiit workout on the web!!
Got bad knees so replace the plyo moves with weighted movement + 10kg dumbbells.
ABSOLUTE KILLER!!!

Have done this once a week for about 3 months. Have gone from not being able to do any lunge jumps 40 secs continuously 👌😁

I would say this is Joe's hardest workout, from a cardiovascular fitness point of view, out of the many I have done... it is a brilliant workout! 3 rounds (one?!) would probably be enough! I do 2 cycles of a standard insanity type warm up (instead of 3 which drags out too long) then 4 mins of stretching. I think this, coupled with the cardio abs blaster and the chest triceps workout, would be a good program, do that for 4 weeks with the odd 10 or 12 min hiit or abs video in between, and you'd have a good workout program sorted!!

I work as a fire and medical dispatcher with only an hour to work out....your sessions are perfect for me! I'm almost 40 so I have to modify the moves but I work up a great sweat!

Legs? What legs? Mine fell off after the first round (it at least explains why I couldn't push up anymore!)! Thanks for a great HIIT session Joe! You're a lifesaver after a long day when I just need some quick, simple, easy training. This was the first one I saw and I shouldn't really have done a legs session after a hard day yesterday, but I don't regret it at all - I feel great!
