did it 2 times in a row and omg I don't know if I'm gonna walk tomorrow, this is one of my favorite leg workouts. can't wait for more leg and lower body videos.

Sehr sehr geiles Video! Mit den Instruktionen vor und während jeder Übung ist perfekt. Dann muss man nicht erst abwarten und die ersten paar Sekunden von jeder Übung dazu nutzen zu schauen wie die Ausführung eigentlich geht, sondern kann von Anfang an jede einzelne Sekunde des tollen Workouts nutzen 💪😍💕

Omgggg why did I never think of the backpack 🤦🏽‍♀️ I could literally put sand bags in there. Omg thanksss plus I do your workouts (all diff videos) 5 days a week and woof it’s exhausting but soooo worth it ! I love your workouts !
