I read a study that was done in the 1960s in a town in Indiana, researchers paid to install basketball goals in every park, gym, club etc in this town. They also met with 5th grade children & gave them an assignment, every night before bed they were told to daydream (visualize) themselves being over 6 foot tall. This study lasted 7 years which at the end the average height of these 5th graders was 5'11, which was 2 inches taller than their peers not in the study. I did this exact thing with our youngest son (I'm 5'9, my wife is tall at 5'8) I made a poster & hung it on his bedroom ceiling with the words, I am 6'4 & told him every night to read this & think about it when going to sleep, he was 10 when I started this. His older brother is 6 ft even, today he is 6'4! Coincidence? Maybe?

I’ve grown from 5’6 to 5’10 in the past year. I was 19 when I started and in 20 now. There’s hope for everyone, just be consistent and you’ll see change.

When I clicked on this video, I did not have any expectation in mind, however, I left with a lot of, I would say useful information and methods that to me seem very feasible and logical. So thank you for sharing this piece of content with us.

I want to add something, though, regarding the Masai jumps to apply mechanical stress to the bone. While I do believe that it is a very good method not only to make the bone adapt, but also to become more athletic, keep in my mind that jumping is an extremely stressful activity for the body, and doing it everyday, without prior experience, is very likely to lead to injuries, as the muscles and tendons take time to adapt (with tendons it is roughly three months, muscles tend to adapt a bit faster).

What I would suggest, if you don't have experience with jumping, is to start light with simple pogo jumps of up to maximum three times a week to ensure that the tendons and the muscles adapt properly. And since jumping is a plyometric exercise, of the most intense kind, on the other days you can do some sprints, as it comes very close in intensity, and to me, it can also produce the microfractures necessary for the bone to adapt and grow stronger (correct me if I'm wrong), but please, and Manhood Unleashed also said this but it is of the uttermost importance, DON'T NEGLECT RECOVERY.

As you know, most of the adaptation occurs during rest periods, so please get tip-top sleep and regarding diet, it is a matter of slowly changing your habits if the way you eat is kind of ass so to say, but it is truly worth it to change your diet for the better, as you will feel amazing in no time, energy will be at an all time high, and your hormones are going to be balanced ensuring that your body performs at its best.

And one last thing, mentally speaking, if you apply these methods you have to constantly feed your mind with positive emotion, belief and expectation that this will work, if not, then downfall is imminent, so please get in the right mindset before starting this adventure, and then maintain it no matter how tough certain moment may seem.

Just fyi, giraffes don't have longer necks because they eat leaves on tall trees. Rather, only the tall giraffes (which have long neck genes) could eat the leaves on tall trees and had higher chance of survival and reproducing than the shorter neck giraffes. What you suggest btw is Larmarck's theory of evolution, which is disproved by Darwin's theory of evolution. If you're curious Google is always there for you :)

I can Confirmed✅that it WORKed. I do Plyometrics workout which is a lot of heavy impact jumping Bodyweight, also go gym and do heavy as squat. I then wear weights on my ankle for 30mins at hanging positions then I take the weight off my ankle then I go sleep. I also go gym, do heavy squats, eat high protein, take my supplements, drink milk. Sleep around 10pm. I deadass grew 1.5inches in 8months. Even my mom say I look taller.

People saying this isn’t somewhat true is completely mad that they are short and don’t want to commit the time to do this. People pay MONEY to do surgery by cutting their bones and STRETCHING it with a metal rod inside the leg for it to grow back longer. You’re essentially doing the same here but very small increments little by little by doing small microfractures on your leg.

Wow! I remember over 8 years in the military (running 🏃🏾‍♂️alot), I’ve gotten up to 5’10 1/2. Now 15 years later I stand 5’9 1/2, I’ve lost a whole inch on height!😳Great video!🔥

What a informative video! Truth is genetics are unpredictable sometimes the person may end up taller then both parents. I increased my height by using shiydf and doing regular stretching exercises 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me.
