I'm almost 21 and I will actually try everything I know to get my desired height 184-185cm, from now on I will always update this comment EVERY WEEK ( edit: not anymore but I will update once in a while) even if I don't see progress, this journey will be long(at least 6 months) and will not be easy but I will never give up, I will never forget about you guys, see you next week.
week 0: 177.1cm

1st edit: this is week 1 and there is no progress so far, also I will cut my hair off soon and hopefully it won't affect my height much. I have to thank you guys so much for the support and the positive comments I truly appreciate it! one thing I want to add is you shouldn't make such a journey be a reason why you should stop doing other self improving stuff, this mistake is very common and very few talk about it, see you next week!

2nd edit: this is week 2 and still the same height(177.1cmm) but I don't have hair now (I got the buzz cut) and still the same height when I had full hair! atleast its good to know that even if it doesn't make sense, anyways thank you guys for stopping by and see you next week!

Hello y'all, I'm really sorry to say that I will have to stop this journey for the next month, because the next month will very busy for me and I won't have time to do this journey, I didn't expect this to happen but I will be back to you guys when I finish the things that I have to do.

Hi its been a month since I updated this comment and today I'm 177.3cm, I know its barely a difference and I dont really like counting milimeters so I won't update this comment anymore until I be in the 178cm range(hopefully soon), see yall then and dont worry I won't give up.

My senior year I was 5’4. Went to the military, got up to 205. Cut back down, now I’m 5’7 barefoot 7 years later.

My uncle is 2m tall so everything is possible.

My dream is to play in the NBA and if i fail than in the euroleauge
or somewhere else and after i retire i want to become a basketball coach
