As you begin to tune into your body, locating where there may be tension, this guided meditation will follow you through until you have reached a deep sleep state. Entering first into relaxation as you work your way up in this body scan meditation, loosening every muscle along the way.
as your body relaxes, your mind will automatically enter into a state of relaxation. Before you know it, you will have drifted off or begin to daydream your way to a more euphoric feeling.
You can use this guided meditation before or as you sleep at bedtime. A body scan is one of the easiest types of meditation, as you are dealing with a physical object, yourself!
As you float your way to sleep and deep relaxation, your imagination and creative side will take over.

For the last 2 months I’ve been listening to this in bed. I just remember the first 5 minutes and then I sleep.

I am prone to severe migraines that sometimes land me in the E.R. getting a pain med shot...but honestly he helps me just as much, if not more than the medicine does. I am SO appreciative of all his videos ❤
