Thank you. I'm going to listen to this every day. Currently undergoing my 2nd round of pelvic physiotherapy. Deep down, I know I can heal from this fully. I just need to breathe and let go

Just got diagnosed with CPPS by my urologist. It’s been only a couple of months with it. But 1) Gods got me 2) I got this. I will overcome this. Let’s GET ITTTT

I teared up a little when you talked about the lotus and healing energy. I enjoy meditation, but sometimes it's the last thing on my priority list when I'm short on time. Thanks for the reminder that healing is not only about the physical aspect.
