Показать описание
You may already know that pelvic floor exercises can help reduce symptoms such as pelvic pain and urinary urgency. But if you aren't sure how to find or engage your pelvic floor muscles, we're here to help. In this 7-minute guided breathing/meditation experience, you will:
- Learn how to find your pelvic floor.
- Practice contracting and relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
Guided breath work or meditation can be a powerful way to build your mind-body connection, helping you bring awareness to your pelvic floor, abdominal, spinal, and respiratory muscles, and helping you understand how they work together with your breath to support you throughout daily life. Deepening this awareness and connection can empower you on your journey toward better pelvic health. The results? Fewer symptoms, and a feeling of ease and calm in your body.
After your session, comment below to let us know how you feel, what you liked or disliked, and what you'd like to learn about next in your pelvic health journey.
