Απο την δασκάλα μας Μαριλένα ένα βίντεο με ασκήσεις για χέρια, ώμους και πλάτη σε εδραία θέση (καθιστή) με τα πόδια οκλαδόν!! Να θυμάστε να κρατάτε σφιχτή κοιλιά και να ψηλώνετε τον κορμό προς τα πάνω (σαν να σας "τραβαει" μια κλωστή προς το ταβάνι), να έχετε σωστή ευθυγράμμιση των ώμων και του κεφαλιού. Δεν χρειάζεσαι την ευλυγισία ενός χορευτή για να κάνετε τις ασκήσεις. Απλά δοκιμάστε το!!
