Complete BIGGER Back Workout (DO THESE!)

If you want a bigger back, you have to build the upper back, lats and lower back. Let me show you how to do that. To build the upper back, do wide dumbbell rows, with the elbows slightly flared out to the side and Meadows row. To target the lats, do kneeling single arm pull downs. To target the lower back, do rack pulls using straps.

You know I was about to insult those dudes physique but then I realized how my mind has been corrupted because of the glorified steroid use.
